The SR 574 welding shield is intended for use together with the Sundström SR 570 face shield.Face shield and welding shield together with the SR 500 and SR 700 PAPR and approved filters/cartridges are included in the Sundström Powered Air-Purifying Respirator systems. The breathing hose of the face shield is to be connected to the fan, equipped with filters/cartridges. The overpressure in the face shield prevents particulates and other pollutants from being admitted into the breathing zone.Before use, a welding lens with appropriate density must be mounted in the welding shield. The SR 574 is delivered with automatic welding lens EN 4/9-13 (4500V) and protective lens in polycarbonate. Accessories in the form of welding lenses, automatic welding lenses, correction lenses, neck and chest protection and hose protection.
